Due to the instant and digital nature of our services (such as followers, likes, views, and comments), refunds are limited, but we always work fairly with our customers to resolve any issues.

When We Can Help With a Refund

We’re happy to issue a refund to your Techtroboost wallet balance in the following situations:

  • Your order did not start within 48 hours (and we didn’t notify you of any delay).
  • There was a clear billing error or overcharge on our side.
  • The service delivered was significantly different from what was described (e.g., wrong type of followers or engagement).
  • If something went wrong on our end, we’ll make it right—either by fixing the order or crediting your wallet quickly.

                 Important Notes (To Keep Things Fair for Everyone)

  • Completed or Started Orders: Once delivery has begun or is complete, we cannot offer refunds, as the service has already been provided instantly.
  • Order Details: Please double-check your username, link, or profile settings before placing an order. If delivery fails due to incorrect details (e.g., private account or wrong link), we unfortunately cannot issue a refund.
  • Natural Drops: Followers, likes, or views may decrease over time due to platform algorithms or user behavior—this is normal in the industry and not covered by refunds. Many of our packages include free refills to help with this!
  • Partial Delivery: If only part of the order delivers due to platform limits, we’ll usually refill the missing amount or provide partial credit to your wallet.

How to Request a Refund or Support

  1. Log in to your Techtroboost account.
  2. Open a support ticket and include your order ID with a clear explanation.
  3. Our friendly support team will review your request within 24–72 hours.
  4. If approved, the amount will be added to your Techtroboost wallet balance within 24–48 hours so you can use it for future orders or other services.

Note: All refunds are credited only to your Techtroboost wallet—this helps us process requests quickly and securely while keeping fees low for everyone.

Non-Refundable Cases

  •  Funds already added to your wallet balance.
  • Services that have been fully or partially delivered.
  • Custom or subscription orders (these are handled separately with dedicated support).

We reserve the right to decline requests involving suspected abuse or fraud, but we always aim to be understanding and helpful.
